Timber Frame Homes
Cristina Timber Frame Home with external block work
Quick process overview
Off-site Modular Timber Frame Construction explained
Off-site modular construction is a method where units are pre-fabricated in a controlled factory environment and the sections are delivered to site. Since over 90% of the building work happens off-site, with all the trades working together at the same time the building process is radically shortened, and the on-site labour and groundwork can be arranged and managed smoothly within that same time frame. This provides decreased on-site activity and site management, saving major sums. It also means that there are no surprise/unscheduled trade works carried out on site. On site construction is the slowest and least cost effective way of building, so it's no surprise our
method is the fastest growing building trend in UK and Ireland, as more and more people understand the benefits.
